Clinical practice

The Institute's clinical practice is focused on the psychological understanding and support of people going through psychological suffering, physical illness, a life crisis or a difficult period of adaptation.

The Institute works with adults, children and families through psychological counselling, psychotherapy, psychodiagnostics and specialised support in the fields of clinical psychology, psychosomatics, psycho-oncology, early childhood development and parenting.

At the core of our clinical work lies the understanding that the symptom does not exist separately from the person. That is why our attention is directed not only towards the specific difficulty, but also towards the personal history, relationships, bodily experience, social environment and the way in which a person experiences what is happening to them.

The Institute's clinical practice is grounded in professional ethics, confidentiality, an individual approach and collaboration with other specialists whenever the complexity of the condition requires it.

The aim of our work is not merely to manage the symptom, but to understand the person experiencing it.
